Privacy
This website is deliberately built to be data-minimal: no cookies, no tracking, no advertising networks, no fonts or scripts from third-party servers in your browser. This policy explains, under the revised Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG), what data nonetheless arises and how we handle it.

Hosting (Cloudflare)
This website is delivered via Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., USA, with European locations). When you access the site, Cloudflare processes connection data for technical reasons — in particular the IP address, the date and time of access, the page requested and the browser identifier (server logs). This data serves solely the secure and stable operation of the site (e. g. defending against attacks) and is not used by us to identify visitors.
In doing so, data may be transferred to the USA. Cloudflare is certified under the Swiss–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which the Federal Council recognises as providing an adequate level of data protection.
No cookies, no tracking
We use no cookies, no analytics or advertising services and no social media plugins. Fonts and all other resources are held on our own web space (self-hosted) — your browser makes no connections to third parties. That is why this website also needs no cookie banner.
Contact by email
When you write to us at MrExa@stenz.space, we use your details (email address, content of the message) solely to handle your enquiry. We do not pass them on to third parties and we delete the correspondence once it is no longer needed for that purpose.
Membership
When you join, we process the details from your registration (name, contact details, contribution category) to maintain the membership list and for association communications — based on the statutes and your membership relationship. The data is not passed on to third parties and is deleted after your membership ends, unless statutory retention obligations (e. g. accounting, 10 years) apply.
Photos at events
Photos may be taken at association events. Where people are identifiable — for children, their legal guardians — we ask for consent before publication. Consent that has been given can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.
Your rights
Under the DSG you have the right to information about, correction, deletion and release of your data, as well as the right to object to processing. To exercise these, contact MrExa@stenz.space. The competent supervisory authority is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (EDÖB).
