Statutes
Our statutes govern the name, purpose, resources and organisation of the association under Art. 60 ff. ZGB (Swiss Civil Code). They contain the full catalogue of values and the dissolution clause in favour of a non-profit organisation.

Non-profit orientation
The association works on a voluntary basis, pursues no economic self-interest and distributes no profits. All resources flow into the association's cultural and social aims; upon dissolution, the assets pass to a non-profit organisation in the region.
Organisation
The highest body is the general assembly; day-to-day business is run by a voluntary, four-member committee — names and roles we disclose openly. The association is represented by the joint signature of two committee members.
Origin and use of funds
The association is financed through membership fees, income from association events as well as donations and sponsorship. Income from events and sales is earmarked: it flows entirely into the public programme. Nordhort supports the association as a sponsor — predominantly with materials; we disclose the relationship openly, and committee members recuse themselves from dealings connected to Nordhort.
